🕯 We love working with new retail partners -- and to keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask that you read our Wholesale Policies:
📚 Minimum order size is $100
🕯 Net 30 available - When checking out, select “purchase order” for payment and shipping method and you will be emailed an invoice payable via paypal, credit/debit card, or check.
📚 If paying at the time of order, we ask that you please not select “purchase order” for the shipping option. Doing so results in a separate invoice being sent for the shipping charge that must be paid before the order will ship.
🕯 There is no free shipping option for wholesale orders.
📚 If you are local to Pittsburgh, PA and would like to pick up, select “studio pick up” and contact me -- northavecandles@gmail.com -- to arrange a date/time for a contactless pickup.
🕯 Turnaround time is typically under one week
📚 You will receive a tracking notification once your item has been shipped.
🕯 We will replace all products that arrive broken. Please contact us with your order number, a picture of the product(s), and a list of what needs to be replaced. We will get you a replacement shipped out ASAP!
📚 If you received a candle you did not order or one is missing from your order we apologize! Please contact us with your order number and the item you are missing or need exchanged. You may keep any product we may have shipped to you by accident.
🕯 We do not accept returns. In an effort to allow folks to try our candles low stakes, we keep our order minimums low and have no minimum case quantities.
